When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work you are enquiring about.

When you phone, email or message us, we keep a record of your contact details and the details of your enquiry or job.

We do not collect any sensitive personal information and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• Arrange site visits and carry out the work you have asked for
• Keep records of quotes, invoices and completed jobs
• Contact you about your job if we need to

Our legal basis for this is that it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract once agreed. Where we keep records for accounting purposes, our legal basis is our legal obligation to do so. Where we use anonymous website statistics, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it working well.
